Berrimah CBD Masterplan

Berrimah, Northern Territory

The area known as Berrimah Farm is to be redeveloped from a government
agricultural station to new community between Darwin & Palmerston. With
the population growing in the North Australian Capital more communities
are needed as well as associated public open space and amenity for future
citizens of the NT. The Masterplan created by LA3 represents a possible layout
considering and preserving the environmental attributes of characteristic
local billabongs that surround the areas. The masterplan explores mixed use
areas and traditional suburban footprints and includes a golf course, university
campus and high density CBD.
