Hoods Lagoon Redevelopment

Hoods Lagoon Redevelopment is one of the most important community assets and the primary recreational open space in Clermont. Joseph from LA3 created an open space masterplan that will revitalise the area and reinforce its significance to the community. Our scope included site analysis, conceptual design, design development, coordinated with GHD who prepared water quality monitoring and engineering support. In developing a new masterplan, we identified specific opportunities, constraints and key features of the existing landscape. We consulted
with the community and incorporated their input early on in the program to help design the most appropriate recreational open space to address local needs.
