Island Resort Master Plan

Busuanga, Palawan

This proposed Island Resort in Northern Palawan presented a unique opportunity to provide an integrated resort catering for all types of visitors from honeymooners through to large family groups. The master plan provides the local Barangay in Busuanga with a project which will create many years of jobs and ongoing economic improvement to the area. The resort utilises a large portion of a picturesque island with long white sand beaches and elevated hill slopes overlooking the West Philippine Sea and another adjacent and spectacular limestone island. The layout of the project included a New Jetty, Over Water Villas, Beachfront Villas, Clubhouse, Floating Restaurant, Central and Poolside Facilities, Ridgeline Villas, Exclusive Beaches and Arrival Areas.
