Our client wanted to create a new community located at the base of one of Cairns’ distinctive tropical mountain backdrops. This development was surrounded by natural ‘Rainforest’ and creeks at the ‘Edge’ of the Wet Tropical World Heritage area. LA3 created a set of Landscape elements including distinctive arrival signage, parkland furniture and bespoke playground experiences to embellish the community and give the landscape its own unique character.
