Santa Barbara Heights

LA3 prepared designs for the new Santa Barbara Heights subdivision, located 30 minutes drive away from Iloilo City in the Philippines. With the inclusion of many great features and the prime location, it is envisaged as one of Iloilo’s exclusive subdivisions. The LA3 design features a natural lake with enhanced views to the nearby golf course, a playground, fitness station and multi-use play court, a swimming pool and a contemporary entry statement. LA3 provided concept planning through to detailed design for this project.
