Smithfield Village is developed by Satterley. Nestled between deep green mountains and glorious blue seas the masterplanned estate is surrounded by parks and playgrounds, bike and walking paths and BBQ areas for the whole family with easy access to the leafy trails of the Smithfield Heights conservation area.
LA3 has worked for several years on realising the Masterplan of linear parklands, wetland restoration, playgrounds, fitness trails and streetscape plantings providing services from Concept through to Contract Administration and handover to Cairns Regional Council.
