This prestigious address on the Four Mile Beach
Esplanade is another residential development
designed by LA3. The main part of the design was
the entry statement where a laser cutout leaf and
letterings are used. The overall outcome uses
rainforest tones complemented by locally sourced
porphyry stonewalls, sand coloured granite and a  palette of endemic plant species.
